The Author Helper Suite Help – Manage Promo Sites
The Promo Sites section lets you keep track of the various promotional sites you’re using regularly. You can set average prices, give it ratings based on performance, place URLs for quick access, and even put in notes to help you remember how the promo site performed for you.
To get to the Promo Sites section, click the Calendar menu and the select “Manage Promo Sites”.
Adding a New Promo Site
Step 1: After clicking to add a new promo site, you’ll be presented with a page that has all the necessary details to create the entry. The more information you provide, the more useful this section of the site will be for you going forward.
Step 3: Fill in any descriptions or notes you may have regarding this promo site. Maybe you had a great experience with them? Maybe a not-so-great one? Enter contact names, how you heard about them, what their rep is, or any other pertinent info that will help you make decisions on how to spend your promo money down the road.
